[CATA][Dungeon][Throne of the Tides] Mindbender Ghur didn't spawn #153

Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Tape

Description: The boss didn't spawn.

Current behaviour: I pulled with army of the dead and we engaged combat with Erunak. What happened was that the encounter did not transition into p2 (p2 being fighting mindbender). We were able to kill Erunak and got neither loot, nor did it count as a kill in order to spawn endboss.

Expected behaviour: Mindbender should always engage combat with the players.

Steps to reproduce the problem: Might be related to Army of the dead, might be unrelated.

Did you wipe? or resetted the encounter somehow? This is also related to vehicle system. Hopefully will get fixed after we finish with its rewrite.

We did not wipe. The encounter started and we were simply slapping Erunak. He did nothing at some point, not even meleeing the tank.
