[CATA][NPCs] Drillmaster Razgoth position is off #160

Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Tape

Description: The questgiver is floating in the air, cannot reach.

Current behaviour: He spawns in the air, then falls down visually. Cannot interact with npc.

Expected behaviour: He should spawn on the ground level.

Steps to reproduce the problem: Does not happen every time. Sometimes this npc spawns just fine on the ground level. There are 4 horde and 4 alliance npcs in total on this spot. Depending on what faction controls baradin hold. There is always Commander Zanoth spawned if horde controls bh, plus one of the remaining three other npcs.

Might have to revisit spawn location of all 8 npcs.

This is in Tol Barad right? ill check it

I have fixed the position of the npc momentarily but this still need research. the npc is being spawned on the core side hardcoded and the cords are right on the ground level, for some reason he spawns in air.
