[EN][Core] Combat / Out of Combat #167

Description: Well I did some BGs today with Mage I felt like DoTs on you or DoTs you put on target keeping you in Combat.

Current behaviour: Current behavior I'm not sure since it was BGs I had flame shock and some dots and it kept me in combat till they wore off. I was behind obstacle (los) so no attacks to keep me in combat. I'm pretty sure I was out of combat (engaging any target) for more than 6 seconds.

Expected behaviour: Combat should be 6 second https://wow.gamepedia.com/Combat "In PvP, a player will leave combat if they have not attacked or been attacked for 6 seconds, or all the enemy characters that have attacked you are killed."

Also Combat (according to good friend that played since TBC) isn't changed till MoP and should be dynamic you can leave combat in 3 second or after up to 6 seconds. its rng. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpELGCgCUb0 - source

I tried to look for more info about the dynamic combat leaving / dr but didn't found.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. no clue maybe do duels and attack someone and put timer to see how long it takes to leave combat. but in BGs things work strange.
