Current behaviour: Flame orb is breaking the crowd control Dragon's Breath.

Expected behaviour: Should not.

I would rate it high priority cause its gamebreaking (arena/pvp)

I can provide video /w private or watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7W75EXoev4 1:52 DB on hunter while Orb hits him and no break.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
