Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Lumpyspace

Description: broken quest chain in twilight highlands.

Current behaviour: first quest is not obtainable, when given the SI:7 commander can be talked to but doesn't trigger the escort. second quest does not stay in quest log

Expected behaviour: Cassius the white @ Victors pt should give the quest Up to the Citadel, you then talk to SI:7 commander and escort his squad to Mathias giving the follow up Just You and Mathias where you talk to Mathias

All Twilight highlands needs to be totally rewrited in terms of quests. we have that in schedule and its half way done but currently on hold.
