Zone: The Pit of Saron Heroic (possibly normal too)

Description: Unable to complete achieve, and icicles never spawn
Current behavior: When you run into the gauntlet no icicles spawn to be avoided. achievement is not rewarded
Expected behaviour: you should trigger the event then icicles periodically drop on the ground to be avoided while running through and killing adds, the center point is a safe zone and it stops when you reach the final adds.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
go to the hall the gauntlet takes place in
event doesn't trigger
