ICC Gunship event #187

Description: The first two bosses are perfect, when you move to the second level the npc allies don't move up.

Current behavior: When you take the elevator to the second level NPC's should trigger fighting with adds they do not. when you get to the gunship you have no allies there so event never starts

Expected behaviour: when you take the elevator up the npc's should spawn in combat with adds. when you get to gunship there should be npc there to give rocket pack and to start event

Steps to reproduce the problem:

go to second level in ICC go to gunship in ICC

This issue was caused by the movement system rewrite and its expected to be fixed after transport & vehicle system update which is currently work in progress and will be released as PTR to check potential bugs on other places
