Zone: The Culling of Stratholme Heroic (possibly normal too)

Description: Adds don't spawn correctly, adds don't pat, bosses don't pat in phase 1. in phase 2 adds don't spawn correctly then entire event halts
Current behavior: Phase 1 is clunky, adds spawn but don't pat same for bosses. Phase two Arthas escort first wave spawns weird, second wave spawns then just hangs there in precombat Expected behaviour: phase 1 adds spawn periodically you kill til a boss, adds pat in to spawn points. phase two fight adds til boss and continue to zombie gauntlet
Steps to reproduce the problem:
get to phase 2 where you escort Arthas through the building
