Description: NPC is missing drop item - Frostweave Cloth

Current behaviour: Frostweave not dropping at all.

Expected behaviour: Frostweave cloth should drop from that NPC https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=32255&name=converted-hero https://www.wowhead.com/npc=32255/converted-hero

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. kill Converted Hero
  2. look drops
  3. fix
