[CATA][Quests][Icecrown] The Last Line of Defense #212

**Reporter(Player/Character) Name:** Moji

**Description: Describe the problem** After the quest The Last Line of Defense the area should be renewed and a follow up question should be available. Neither Once More Unto The Breach or Into The Frozen Heart of Northrend is available. These quests are needed to continue the quest chain in Icecrown.

**Current behaviour: What happens** Area is not renewed and no follow up quests are available.

**Expected behaviour: What should happen instead** Area should be renewed after the attack and follow up quests should be available

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**

  1. Start the quest Honor Above All Else
  2. Follow the quest chain up to The Last Line of Defense
  3. Profit.
