Upon completion of the quest Killing Two Scourge With One Skeleton, Darkrider Arly and Olakin Sainrith phase out making the player unable to start or turn in more quests.
Current behaviour: What happens
Flying away from the questgivers shows up the question marks on the minimap. Flying back phases out the NPC's. No quests can be started anymore since the player in unable to see them on Blackwatch.
Expected behaviour: What should happen instead
NPC's should stay visisble on Blackwatch
