For the quest Shoot 'Em Up, protodrakes need to be shot down with a spear cannon. The spear cannons are not in-game.
Current behaviour: What happens
When arriving at the quest site, no cannons can be found to shoot down the protodrakes
Expected behaviour: What should happen instead
There should be objects along the ridge where the proto drakes are flying. A player should be able to mount these and shoot down proto drakes.
