Description: Does not work Expected behaviour: Your Word of Glory has a 30% chance not to consume Holy power

**Steps to reproduce the problem**:

As for the issue reported it's a 30% chance, not 100% meaning it will fail 70% of the time.

I just tested it and it's working as intended: 1st attempt - World of Glory cast twice at 40% mana before consuming any holy power. 2nd attempt - World of Glory cast four times went OOM no proc's consumed x12 holy power. 3rd attempt - World of Glory cast once at 85% mana before consuming any holy power. 4th attempt - World of Glory cast once at 70% mana before consuming any holy power.

I was certain it was bugged too, but I just gave it a shot and it seems to be working as intended.
