Highbank Lieutenant dies on respawn and doesn't give quest=28109/pressing-forward

Highbank lieutenant is a quest giver in Twilight Highland. Everytime i got to him for the quests, he was either dead or not here at all. Just saw him respawn in front of me, and get instant killed by the mobs they fight with.

Also, quest=28109/pressing-forward is not doable, since the squad you're supposed to bring to the entrance of Grim Batol is nowhere to be found, and talking to Mathias Shaw to get a new one doesn't work.

Thanks for report, we have a full rewrite for TH incoming soon with all quests and phases done correctly
