[Cata][Dungeons] Reputation w/ Tabards in HC dungeons #44

Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Cerellin

Description: People are not getting Reputation while were tabards (ex. Tabard of Ramkahen)

Current behaviour: Currently it does not reward any Reputation for them even when killing bosses

Expected behaviour: Should be rewarded Rep for any kill in dungeons

Steps to reproduce the problem: Wear a tabard of Ramkahen and quick run through a dungeon

It was in Deadmines.

Not sure if this will help, but i did get rep from trash mobs in Blackrock heroic with the Wildhammer clan Tabard

This issue might be specific to deadmines
