Description: The Ability does not jumping properly between injured players. & Sometimes disappear before unfinishing the jumps / cooldown (29 sec)

Current behaviour: ^

Expected behaviour: I'm not sure how Prayer of Mending should heal. found some sources from other pservers ( Do or do not take as proof up to you)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

When that target takes damage, the buff heals them and jumps from them to another raid member. It appears to prefer jumping to lower health members, although this behaviour is not consistent, nor does there seem to be a noticeable pattern when all the players are at full health.

When jumping, the buff loses a charge and resets its duration to 30 seconds. When all the charges have run out, the buff disappears. Note that you cannot have the buff active on multiple targets at once.

@virpyre well I had lost charges instantly or after 1 charge tbh on partymember. if somehow my bug reports were not good explained i can try to re-write the bug report. just tell me
