Description: The quest fish cannot be caught.

Current behaviour: I am fishing in Rut'theran Village, but have not caught a single Kaldorei Herring after over 50 casts.

Expected behaviour: One should catch eight Kaldorei Herring within about 20 casts.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Accept the Darnassus fishing daily quest 'An Old Favorite'
  2. Fish in Rut'theran village
