Description: The player does not receive a waterbreathing and swim speed increase buff
Important Note: I was absent from WoW for all of Cataclysm, so this behaviour may have been added later.
Current behaviour: The player receives no buff upon quest acceptance
Expected behaviour: The player should (see Important Note above) receive a buff providing waterbreathing and an increased swim speed.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Accept the Stormwind fishing daily 'Rock Lobster'
Note that no buff is received
Notes: This has been the behaviour on retail since my return in WoD. While this may have been added later, given Blizz' typical laziness and indifference it almost certainly was not.
