Consistency in reconciliation interface #187

When removing entities flagged as duplicates after moving their info to another entity via an "update", delete any duplicates where this (now deleted) entity is referred to as an original (as it doesn't exist anymore!)

@KseniyaKuprina Actually, from looking at the changes in your commit, it looks like this functionality was already intended to be there (https://github.com/NRGI/ResourceProjects.org/commit/e9bff663666eb45deff1cab6ff57909f69d6ddf5#diff-888b5e29d5186e44f575c699db76bf4fL237). Maybe @fschimandl can shed some light on this.
