Provide a short narrative guide for users especially when the data is downloaded users may not know they have to filter the data to arrive at what they want or interested in. Moreover, the headings for the downloaded data should be guided by a narrative. The guide can be downloadable and not on the dashboard directly. We can also put about 2 or 3 lines in the “About” to indicate the guide can be downloaded.
The manual can be a short procedural steps that takes users through the site and also explain certain graphs/data. This is important due to the level of data users in Ghana.
