csv downloads don't have csv extensions #233

They are also called sparql

is there a way to make this better?

I don't think there's any way of doing this besides proxying the request to virtuoso through some other service that sets the appropriate headers. Unless we want to prioritise some time on it, not something I'm going to be able to fix today.
