I am working on the Kyrgyzstan assessment in the researcher mode and when I want to mark a question as complete, a prompt pops up saying that at least one reference must be uploaded to support the answer, though there is already evidence provided by the researcher.
Would it be possible to change this so that if there is already evidence uploaded, there is no need for other researchers working on the same assessment to upload evidence in order to be able to mark a question as completed?
