Remove unexpected characters from the exported data file #556

The exported data file contains unexpected characters. See raw_questions.xlsx for more details

It seems that the issue occurs in Windows only. In Linux it does not.

The same issue is detected for the exported answer data

MS Excel imports CSV files with unicode characters incorrectly (see the image below) excel In the original CSV file there is no such issue (see the image below) csv Please, do not open the CSV file directly in the MS Excel. First import it to e.g. Google Sheet. It imports CSV files correctly (see the image below) google
