Required records are missed in the answer history #591

A consultant has made changes to Algeria and Chad assessments over the past 2 days, but these changes are not reflected in the Answer history. In many instances he has added to the justification a line starting "January 2017 review" but this bit is not visible in the answer history

justification was changed once from "" to "I agree."
the choice has not been changed from A

The phrase "January 2017 review" is met in the reviewer current justifications. Current justification and score are not parts of the score history. Hence the reviewer score history is filtered properly.
