We would save $17 per month if we use the same ELB for RGI Assessment for staging and production.

[x] The ELB for RGI Assessment Tool production will be configured to serve the requests for staging as well

Both Load balancers for RGI Assessment tool were removed. The requests for http://rgi.nrgi-assessment.org/ and http://rgi-staging.nrgi-assessment.org/ will be handled by the existing nrgi-multiplex-lb ELB.

This will reduce the monthly AWS bill with approximately $34.
