#600 Upgraded mongodb to 3.4, changed URL for mongoDB #601

Mongodb 3.0.6 is no longer supported in Compose. The deployment could not be upgraded using Compose, an error occurred each time. The build was manually upgraded locally to v3.4 and moved to Mongo Atlas.
