Reference published paper instead of preprint #158

Change Documentation On the main page of the documentation, there is a link to the preprint of the turbopy paper. We should link to the final published paper. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cpc.2020.107607)

The main README.md also needs to be updated to point to the published paper.
