Update ``check_system_requirements`` to use all current datasets hosted on NextCloud

Description

No that we've created a private cira_test_data_maintenance repo, which posts and downloads data from NextCloud in a consolidated manner, we need to update other locations which install test datasets to match the urls hosted on NextCloud. Currently check_system_requirements downloads some, but not all of the test datasets hosted on NextCloud. We should update this script and other files which make use of test datasets on NextCloud to match exactly what is hosted there. Even better, we should consolidate this information to one location so we don't have to repeat these efforts in the future.

This comes from a conversation we had while meeting in Monterey, CA.
