Modular, i.e. no emergency overwriting of core classes
rem and em, no px
CDNs for everything, unless AMP is too slow, in which case fair enough...
Some kind of real-time scss/sass/etc-->css compiler with nudges to browser for reload otherwise my cmd-tab shift-cmd-R is going to fall off
