Remove merged feature branches #153

There are many feature branches cluttering the repository. We need to maintain only the major tags, release branches, and the dev and main branches. Any other branches that have already been merged into the dev or main branch should be deleted.

Closes #153 I have deleted the branches. I kept CLeaR, the active ones, and the releases.
