Update outdated parts of Dataverse API #68

Some parts of the Dataverse API are obsolete since publishing/uploading is done in the space-data repo. Also, in places with errors, an exception should be raised in addition to including it in the LOGGER.

@atrisovic Do we still want CLI now? If so, we should document it. Otherwise, remove the module from the codebase.
