Move masterfile.csv under data folder #71

Consider reorganizing the package structure by relocating the masterfile.csv into the data directory. This would enhance the overall organization of the package.

Do you mean creating a data directory inside the spacebench/ directory, or creating a data directory outside? Doesn't it need to be inside spacebench to be accessible as a module resource?
