Helper text preventing drop down selection #2

When you use the smart editor to change a shelter status (from closed -> open or open-close) the helper text that pops up blocks the ability to choose an option. You need to click out and click back in to remove the helper text.

This is hard to screenshot / replicate. It is specifically when you hover over a field that has a dropdown and then put your mouse on the tooltip. Definitely a workflow issue.

I think this is text that I copied into the pop-up hint in the web map. It can be removed, but also, should probably report to Esri that this is not ideal behavior.

Short-term solution: Remove the Hint text from the web map - @epratt5 - I'll leave this to you. Please close when complete.

Long-term solution: I sent feedback to Esri. They'll see if they can squeeze it into the next release.

Did you want the Hints removed from each item or just the dropdown? I removed from all, but I can re-enter them in the other sections if wanted.
