Change the Data Packet Logical Address field trough software

Issue:

• The Data Packet Logical Address of 0x50 is fixed, but it may be need to change it for tests and debug purposes;
• Nowadays this is a hard-coded in the HW;
• It must be selectable by SW, to avoid the recompilation of the full HW everytime a debug test is made.

Fix:

• Add a NIOS II accessible register for this configuration;
• Change the Header Generator to use this register as the Logical Address;
• Create the necessary APIs and Defines to change this in SW.

A NIOS II accessible register for the Data Packet Logical Address was added in commit 852e09da1094a720deb713deb6b23f90bb63e92c.

Change Log:

• The signal data_pkt_logical_addr was added to the data_packet_config_4 register type.
• All necessary ports and signals were added so the Header Generator can use this register for the Logical Address field in the Data Packet.

Remaining Fixes:

• Create the necessary APIs and Defines to change this in SW.

The necessary APIs and Defines were changed in the SW, in commit 41c246471db94b6c674b96342dd8d2b0d7a87697.

Change Log:

• Defines to access the new registers were added.
• The bDpktSetPacketConfig and bDpktGetPacketConfig were modified to support this function.
