Add top heading for final report and provide final report on website #101

The final report is done. We should provide it on the website.

@MBoustani can you add a top level heading for Final Report and then upload it to the website?

Thanks @MBoustani can you just put it to the right of Contact and before the Github icon and make it look like the rest of the headings?
