Kattie and Tyler to look at space and report any logistical issues we should plan for. This has been arranged to happen on 10/17.

this needs to be assigned to @tpalsulich. @MBoustani can you grant him perms on the Github?

Done. Checkin will be right outside the room. We'll put a table at the back of the room with food and drink. We'll set up 5 groups of tables that can sit 8 - 10 people each. There are power outlets around the entire room and some in the middle. But, we'll need 5 power strips (one for each group), and we may need extension cords. There aren't really any nearby drinking fountains, so we'll need a few cases of water. We will also need easels. There is a large projector and screen available to use. Katie is going to request extra tables, chairs, easels, etc for the room from building maintenance. Space shouldn't be a problem since the room easily seats 35 people right now.

It is possible to get a laptop from which we can do a twitter wall Tyler? This might be a nice greeting for people when they arrive at the check in desk.

A Twitter wall? You won't be able to see the projector from the check in desk.

So we only have one projector? If you are able to get another one then it would be fantastic to have a twitter wall open at registration or else in a more public place where people can see whats going on. Does that make sense?
