Wishlist: improve singal-to-noise in two-time functions #4

There are certain data sets where it might be very useful to sum together 10 (or n) frames before calculating the two-time correlations because the statistics for each frame are not sufficient (probably because we had a very short exposure time, like ~0.1 seconds). I have attached an example of a two-time plot that we think would be improved by binning frames.

It's Done. The new function is included in the data analysis pipeline as I showed you during your last run.
