Travis CI integration test #6

Similar to https://github.com/NSLS-II-SMI/profile_collection/pull/7 with BL-specific modifications.

Notes:

parametrized mongodb server address as it's used directly via pymongo;
some text files were used outside of the repo, placed them to the repo and parametrized the path using IPython functionality;
~~11-id-cxh-collection is not yet available in the new nsls2forge channel, that's why the corresponding tests fail.~~ done

Power-cycled to pick up 11-id-chx-collection metapackage from the nsls2forge channel (see https://github.com/nsls-ii-forge/11-id-chx-collection-feedstock/pull/1 for the feedstock's build status).

Thanks for reviewing it, @danielballan! I think this update should go in after the review of the BL staff as it touches some files they depend on, which are outside of the version control.

@afluerasu, @lwiegart, @yugangzhang, do you agree with the changes? See my notes in the description of this PR.
