Enable Azure Pipelines integration #7

Supersedes #6. A friend of https://github.com/NSLS-II-SMI/profile_collection/pull/8. Uses https://github.com/NSLS-II/profile-collection-ci.

I think it's ready to go. Let's enable the integration, so that we can catch potential issues easier.
