[magics] make changes to available objects for %wa #23

Can we change motors to sample or s-motors or sample-motors or something like that?

decided to do both (motors and sample)

also, should summarize these magics for user documentation (either at beamline or in doc center)

this doesn't work (defining multiple names for ophyd devices to be used as %wa arguments. . we have to give only one "group" per ophyd device.

@ambarb look for bluesky issue if I made one to make things more clear. the confusing is the argument name is plural (labels, not label)
