Fix CI #53

Based on https://github.com/NSLS-II-SRX/profile_collection/blob/55c979a80e39340d9e6f7f5a570097a3dfb8b0fb/startup/00-base.py#L3-L41 (similar fix as in https://github.com/NSLS-II-SIX/profile_collection/pull/35).

Claudio / @cmazzoli, this is a PR to fix the CI test which I showed to you earlier today. The EPICS timeout should not affect the beamline, will just fix potential issues with connections in the future.

It also cleans up a mistakenly committed profile_collection directory within the upper-level profile_collection.

Please review/merge.

We discussed this update with Claudio over a call and decided it makes sense to merge now. The next PR #54 requires more testing, and we will allocate time to do it during the next deployment.
