This update only affects the continuous integration setup for Azure Pipelines, it does not affect the production code.

@AbbyGi, @ambarb, this is to fix the CI after the RE metadata location update via bc98e559a0e4232a60ac0b6cda93313a949c4e36.

I went ahead and merged it to have the tests passed.
