With this change, you can change offset with

mv(epu1.offest, -5, epu1.table, 2)

Then you can get away from using caput and get to change these things in plans, which will make the plans print_summary friendly.

I believe we have this already. Need to verify.

Also need to think about adding larger polarization control between tables for specific eps phases

[ ] all basic epu and eps look up controls in epu ophyd devices
[ ] polarization control part of epu device
[ ] add to configuration attributes epu1 and epu2 feedforward table enabled or disabled so that the database is clear
