removed print to screen and control of diag6_pid.enable #75

this prevents mis-steering of beam on the exit slit (and reduces print to screen noise)

CSX is currenlty using /nsls2/conda/envs/2022-2.1-py39-tiled conda env. I don't understand why these legacy conda envs are part of CI
