Fixing issue with array size and adding a second key for the centroiding #15

This PR is intended to resolve the issue with the array size being read wrong by the hdf5 file for XIP and to resolve the issue that both the centroiding data and the image data had the same field name in databroker.

@danielballan if you have some time prior to when I visit to test (yet to be determined but possibly this afternoon) then a review would be appreciated.
