Updated example scan analysis #29

This updates the example notebook to use the new calibrate function.

The use of widgets is changed to improve speed and flexibility. We also point the notebook towards some real test data.

@mpmdean this branch has some conflicts that need resolving first (apparently example_notebooks/Analyze_data.ipynb has some issues).
