The really weird thing is that it looks like python is suspended / backgrounded, they did something in bash, and then the table started to print and then they restarted so you have have a zombie bluesky floating around....
Mmmm.. I may try to investigate better but the knowledge level is low enough, I believe, that they probably don't know/noticed what they actually did.. Anyway, any advice on how to solve/mitigate the problem? Should I ps aux | grep ipython or similar and try to kill the old job if any?
Yes, that is probably a good idea.
We talked about also capturing the signal that Ctrl-z
sends, but decided against it to leave us with an escape hatch.
It looks like this was resolved -- or as resolves as it can be. Please re-open if I'm wrong about that.
I report it for future memory as it died in a quite of a funny way, I believe (see below)..
