the portal stuff is outdated right?

also:

for consistency what about changing to https://nsls-ii.github.io/databroker with index.rst
how about "Data Broker" to DataBroker?

Yes, it outdated. The new docs need to be built before we update the link.

Also, the "broker basics" content is ophaned (meaning not linked from anywhere) because it has not been updated since early spring.
