New examples on:

pausing concatenating plans: pchain, yield from, planify "simulation mode" (print_summary and the use of dummy devices from bluesky.examples) baseline readings EPICS archiver appliance integration troubleshooting a hung or slow plan with msg_hook

Special request from DAMA Yong: more in-depth Device, Component, Signal documentation and examples of how to put them together.
Thorough explanations on "why ophyd is necessary and why not just use pyepics".
