Update links in sidebar #82

I suggest adding caproto (requested by Dan Flath, who looked for it there and was surprised not to find it) and removing amostra and datamuxer at least for now, as presently dormant and poorly documented. Objections?

Thanks for the convenient checklist. I did not realize that checking the box next to 'docs #83' would trigger GitHub to close this issue.

I'm not sure if it makes sense for every project to link to caproto, and I'm pretty sure that caproto need not link to bluesky/ophyd/databroker. Some of the audience for caproto is the Maker community and EPICS users who aren't tied into bluesky/ophyd.

Welcome, @danielballan! I think this issue was closed due to https://github.com/NSLS-II/docs/pull/83#issue-196320968 uses Closes ... special keyword. I'll work on the rest of the issues today.
